Invoice Change

The Invoice Change screen enables you to modify multiple invoices at once. Batch changes to invoice records can be made easily and quickly. The values assigned will be applied to the selected rows only. The checked items will be the ones that will be altered in the main screen.

 

The following fields display on the Invoice Change screen:

 

Date To:

Changes the invoice dates of the selected invoices to the new date that you enter here.

 

Post Status To:

Changes the status of the selected invoices to Post or Un post, depending upon which option you choose here.

 

Template To:

Changes the invoice template of the selected invoices to a new one. You can choose a new template from the Invoice Template screen using .

 

Change First Memo To:

Enter the text or notes to be appended to the First Memo of the selected invoices. The older memo, if any, will be replaced by the new one entered here.

 

Change Second Memo To:

Enter extra text or notes to be appended to the Second Memo of the selected invoices. The older memo, if any, will be replaced by the new one entered here.

 

Click Date/Time Stamp to insert the day and time a memo was added or edited.

 

Invoice Change Button Panel

 

Help:

Opens the Web Suite Help in the Invoice Change section.

 

OK:

Applies the specified changes to the selected invoices and closes the screen.

 

Cancel:

Cancels the specified changes and closes the screen.
