Web Suite has the ability to send attached files via email. The attached file depends on what screen the email option was selected from. Before you use the Email option, you should have a separate/dedicated email address specified on the Global Settings—Email Settings panel.

 

To:

The email address of the person you want to send the email to.

 

CC:

The email address of the person you want to send the copy of your email to.

 

BCC:

The email address of the person to whom you want to send a blind carbon copy of your email. It can be your own email ID or that of any other person you want to email but not let others see it.

 

Subject:

The subject of the attachment to be sent with the email message.

 

Attachment:

The file sent along with the email message by appending itself to the text message.

 

The body of the email. When you are ready to send your message, click Send Mail.

Help:

Click to open the Web Suite Help in the Email section.

 

Send Mail:

When the email is ready, click this button deliver the email.

 

Attachments:

Click to attach additional files to the email.

 

Cancel:

Click to undo the changes made to the Email screen.
