You can view the unbilled time and expense entries of the selected vendor and other related information in the Unbilled Time Entry and Expense Log screen. It enables you to directly create a vendor bill from the unbilled time and expense entries.
The grid displays the following fields:
INCL:
Select a check box to choose a particular entry.
Project ID:
Displays the ID of the Project to which the unbilled entry belongs.
Item ID:
Displays the ID of the service or expense item recorded for the unbilled entry.
Units/Hrs:
Displays the number of units or hours recorded for the unbilled entry.
Rate:
Shows the cost charged per unit or hour of expense or service item.
Time and Expense Details Button Panel
Show Filters:
Use this option to view selective time and expense entries instead of all billed and unbilled items.
Billed:
Select to view billed time and expense entries recorded by the vendor.
Un-Billed:
Select to view unbilled time and expense entries recorded by the vendor. These items may or may not be approved.
Un-Billed Approved:
Select to view unbilled and approved time and expense entries recorded by the vendor. This is the most useful option for creating vendor bills based on time and expenses.
Refresh:
Click to update the displayed list with the most recent time and expense entries.
Help:
Opens the Web Suite Help in this section.
OK:
Click to create a vendor bill for the selected entries.
Return:
Click to close the screen.
