How Do I Notify Managers About Submitted Time and Expenses?
Reviewers and managers need to leverage their time, whether they are in or out of the office. Rather than remembering to check for submitted expenses on the Dashboard, Web Suite can notify managers proactively by email when someone submits expense entries.
To activate this feature:
- Log in to Web Suite as a reviewer and open the Preferences screen.
- Move to the More tab. In the Notifications section, check Notify me when Time or Expenses are Submitted to me.
- When your email received indicator flashes, you can immediately log into Web Suite—in the office or on the road—and review, reject or approve expenses.
